An extensively renovated 3 story strip motel. Beautiful in the details, like a small outdoor seating area, providing water bottles instead of plastic, coffee, hot chocolate gratis AND wine by the glass. And of course the location, about 100 yards from the SFO monorail / CalTrain / BART terminal, so very easy access from SFO for early morning flights or late night arrivals. Good restaurants within short walks [we liked Neal's Coffee Shop]. Just an overall pleasant experience at a good value.
Grand Hyatt at SFO has a fitness center and a bar. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and room service, along with free WiFi.

Staff were very welcoming. They immediately offered us a free membership that allowed us early check-in for free and a credit toward a drink. Room was comfortable and shower was good. There is a BART station just 10 minutes down the street, plus the world famous In-N-Out Burger which is a must-try when in California.
Conveniently located moments from San Francisco International Airport and the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) public transport system, this hotel offers exceptional accommodations along with a variety...

Was lousy there was only free coffee. For stay in such a high-end hotel you would’ve thought we would’ve gotten free breakfast a muffin was 5 to 7 dollars you had to pay for water you had to pay many dollars for a piece of fruit lousy customer service at breakfast specifically, I shouldn’t have to go to an outside restaurant to get my breakfast

Friendly helpful hotel, with comfortable room and amenities!
Friendly helpful hotel, with comfortable room and amenities! Appreciate an electric jug for boiling water rather than a coffee maker.
I received almost six messages/email from booking.com and hotel about reservation. Maybe this is a bit excessive. .

Great hotel if you need to stay near the airport for an early flight. The airport shuttle was really handy, and basically runs 24 hours. The walk to the BART station and nearby food places was pretty easy, but might be difficult if you have mobility challenges. Also, one of the elevators was broken when we stayed there, so that was pretty annoying as there were a lot of people staying in the hotel. There are a couple of grocery stores nearby too, as the food and snacks for purchase in the lobby were insanely overpriced.
Finally found my favorite affordable hotel near SFO. I felt very safe here (rooms face parking lot but they are closed of with glass walls and security doors, must have key to enter). Romodeled and nice decor, very comfortable beds and pillows. Great staff. Fridge, microwave, great breakfast - and the coffee is good too!
The receptionists at check-in at night-time were very friendly, professional and apologetic. The view onto the runway is quite unique (albeit with only 5 stories you don't get the greatest of perspectives). A new and clean hotel (even if seems like a cheap design). Not a bad gym.
Room was clean and attractive, definitely a cut above the average budget airport hotel. There were little artistic touches everywhere. Also the place is adjacent to the parking lot of Millbrae Station and that's a big plus -- perfect for an overnight stay before/after a flight.
Awesome spot! Had a one night layover and the location is great but it's way more than just an airport hotel. The room was awesome and super livable and in addition to that the free breakfast actually had great food and the whole place was clean and modern.
Easy access via air train from San Francisco Airport to hotel. Went straight from picking up luggage at carousel to airtrain which takes you straight to the hotel. Lovely, comfortable room with view of runway. Extremely comfortable beds and nice bathrooms
I liked the different offerings the hotel had like live music on Friday night in the lounge, the fact that I could order from the lounge bar and take it back to my room, the board games scattered around the guest areas.
Location was a short walk from the Caltrain and very near the airport. Much cheaper than some hotels nearby. Shuttle service every 15 mins to the airport. Bonus was a pool and fire pit area which I wasn’t expecting.
A quiet hotel with a nice pool near the airport. The staff was lovely. You can tell the owner is trying to upkeep the place - they planted a lot of roses, bushes and trees around it and the lobby looks really nice!
A hot breakfast was included with stay, and there were a variety of items, such as veggie with scrambled eggs, muffins, potatoes, yogurt, and fruit. While the hotel room was dated, it was very clean.
Near airport and hotel is on a bus shuttle route morning and evening. Clean, comfortable room. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Good little shop area at reception for purchasing snacks etc.
