The property was perfect. Location is great. We stayed for one night before travelling back to the ferry in Nanaimo as the area is much nicer. Beautiful park area not too far away, and some cute cafes/restaurants in the Ladysmith downtown again not too far away. Facilities at the hotel were amazing, pool & gym too. Rooms were spacious, and beds were comfortable. Staff were really kind too.

I felt like we were visiting a family home. These owners have great plans for the future here so we can’t wait to come back for a longer stay next time.
