I got used to the stairs. I always can use a few extra step and stairs are my preference. The people especially Debra is super nice. Chose a corner unit and it’s great. Lots of light and hustle and bustle on the street below reminds you you’re in Long Beach. I love the old architecture. A old brick building appeals to me. Original wood plank floors, tub and tile. Kitchenette is the perfect size. Skyline view in any direction.
Stairs and luggage are the only downfall. I’ve extended my stay just to avoid moving my luggage🙃

The beaches are empty because the water is filthy human waiste through the city due to the homeless having no place to do their business or wash up theft and crime it’s just sick

the Extended Stay was filthy and poorly staffed.
the Extended Stay was filthy and poorly staffed. There was marijuana smoke in the hallways and the room telephone did not work. The kitchen was not sanitized, and we felt unsafe-will never stay there again and booking.com does little in representing you as a customer.

We were getting on a cruise and wanted to unwind ahead of it and get over jet lag (we were travelling from Australia). We stayed on the other end from downtown and the terminal. We had great access to the beach and the restaurants around here were great. Lots of little, what appeared to be mostly family owned. The neighbourhood was just that - a neighbourhood. Felt safe and lots of friendly people around. We did spend some time up near the cruise terminal with family who booked in a large well known hotel. It was way more sterile without the great restaurants and shops and certainly didn’t feel like a neighbourhood.

I like Long Beach a lot, but a visitor has to do some research because the amount of sights, restaurants, and events are just too many to list. Every time I go to Long Beach I make a new list of restaurants to experience.

If you stayed in Belmont Shore in the last couple years there was decline in the area. Belmont is back, new restaurants and shops have opened. Much less homeless, more police and security. I felt totally comfortable on the latest trip.

Long Beach is a city that has lots of attractions.
Long Beach is a city that has lots of attractions. The Queen Mary Alamitos Beach, Shoreline Beach Rose’s Dog Beach. The Pike at Rainbow Harbor,Aquarium of the Pacific. The restaurants and bars on Pine Street in downtown Long Beach offer an abundance of variety. Long Beach is family friendly and so much more, love this city!
The location of the hotel is really close to Long Beach airport and near The Hangar, a great indoor/outdoor place to eat dinner and lunch. I loved the bedroom, it was really clean, beautiful and very spacious. The black out curtains and the quality of the bed and beddings made our stay very comfortable.
The bathroom was very clean and well designed.
The breakfast in the morning was a must! Special mention to the diy waffle maker.
The Swimmingpool and jacuzzi were very clean and great to hang out around.
We loved everything about the Queen Mary. The ship was built in Glasgow/Clydebank (our hometown) and therefore we really wanted, while in the USA, to have the opportunity to stay for Bed and Breakfast. It did not disappoint!! The history, decor and atmosphere was wonderful but not in any way stuffy! The room...we upgraded... was of it's time! The wifi was
good!! The room was clean and comfy. The shower was surprisingly hot and powerful and the towels soft and fluffy.
Beachrunners is an absolutely beautiful cottage a stone’s throw from the beach. The owner keeps it spotlessly clean and in excellent nick. The room was like staying in a good friend’s guest room: beautiful, comfortable, bed and pillows were great. The breakfast was fresh and lovely. Beachrunner is a true gem and if ever I’m in Long Beach again, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else!
I traveled to enjoy the sea view from my room, but there was nothing to enjoy, the rooms were dirty, the bathroom had broken faucets and there was no view.
I have photos to share. There is no sea even if you zoom in to the max! While my booking confirmation clearly mentioned the sea view and that was the only reason why I booked the hotel.
Great location in Arts District of East Village of Long Beach. Cute hotel with lots of extra fun touches. We enjoyed the cruiser bikes for a Sunday morning ride on nearby Long Beach bike path along the water. Also a really well-equipped common kitchen: we did not use, but it would be great for those staying longer.
The hotel is located near a grocery store and bus stops. The room had a very good thermostat-controlled heating/cooling system. There were two chairs in the room so neither of us had to sit on the bed. The TV has DirecTV so there were many channels to choose from. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.
Casa Bonita Apartments was lovely. The building decor was of early 1900’s but renovated. As a single traveler who wanted to feel comfortable; it sure did provide that for me. it had a bathroom, kitchen, closet, and single room. It was near all that Long Beach had to offer (promenade, The Pike, Queen Mary.
The house is okay considering the price paid in that location, fair enough if you are looking for a place just to sleep near the long beach. The lady was able to check us in after midnight which was good. The blue line train is like 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bus which has the stop near the place.
The location in Long Beach is amazing. I was able to walk to the beach, get coffee in the morning, get food, and meet up with friends at whatever bar.
The room was updated and gave a very good impression. The bed and pillows comfortable.
The motel was conveniently located in downtown Long Beach, close to the waterfront, and the station of the light rail train from Los Angeles. Very close the hotel were a supermarket and convenient stores. The staff was friendly.
Check in staff were friendly and accommodating which we really appreciated. The room and the rest of the property was really nice and clean and we had a great time swimming in the pool. Great location as well in Long Beach.
the room was clean, quiet very peaceful. i love the location. Me and my family enjoy the little lake around the hotel to also get on the swan ride we had so much fun. the beach and the pier is very close from the hotel.
The location! Location! Location! Courtyard with a pool. Location. Ease of reservations, check in and check out. Spa tub in the room. Fridge and microwave in the room. Plugs near the bed on a side table lamp.
The staff was friendly and the price was ok for the area, there are hotels down the street that are cheaper but the price was ok. It was quite and close to the beach and restuarants.
Beautiful, hidden gem tucked away in Long Beach. Research many hotels, and everything about this hotel. Jeremy to it. Once I arrive, it was even better.
