I made reservations thru booking.com for the Red Roof Inn...

I made reservations thru booking.com for the Red Roof Inn Plus three weeks in advance & was charged for my two night stay, prior to arrival. When we got to Red Roof Inn Plus in Timonium, was told by front desk employee that that were booked & had no rooms available. Keep in mind we had prepaid for a reservation. So after waiting there two hours for a room, they found us a room. We got to the 3rd floor, open room with electronic key provided, and there was a family all ready inside that room. That scared the people in room & us walking into a rented hotel room. I walked back to front desk / office area & asked for my money back & a week later still have not received a refund. I tried to contact customer relations at Red Roof Inn & was told they would call me back, but that never happened either. They emailed me, & was told they can’t do anything more & for me to contact Red Roof Hotel in Timonium. I’ve called them over 40 times & they never answer there phone at front desk. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau & reporting this. I will never return to this establishment ever again. Oh when my wife used the restroom in main office, it was filthy dirty & had mouse traps in bathroom too. After reading other reviews & my personal experience with staff, I would highly recommend never to go to this hotel.

Timonium is one of my favorite counties to visit, shop and explore. Unless you use York rd as your main route, it's not walking friendly. Pretty safe and upscale area...lots of shopping and places to eat.

We planned to hangout at the inner harbor unknown to us that the State Fair was in town and we had a blast. So much fun we stayed an extra day. The local eateries Ocean Pride, Chick-fil-A, and of course Phillips did not disappoint. It was easy to get to and from Hunts Valley mall. Located in the same vicinity was Sam's Club. Also my wife and daughter had a great experience at Cosmo Nail Lounge

Where I was there was a large selection of eateries. i was told there was an area of interest not to far from the hotel but I did not know until it was too late. The hotel had pamphlets for the Baltimore area but my focus was not on that trip

The location and bed room that I stayed in had Bed Bus and I did not get any sleep because I was itching all night . I had to get up and stay awake in the chair that was in the room away from the bed and comfort chair because both locations had the bed bug. I did notify the hotel and personnel staff and took pictures of the bugs and have them to take to a lab. I did not get my money worth bectI did not get any sleep that night

I loved that I didn't have to pay a fee for our 2 small dogs and that they had everything needed for a dog to be comfortable, dog bed, water and food bowls, and even toys. Plenty of room and a closet full of games for all ages. Great kitchen and a huge dining room table that accommodated us all. All of the premium streaming devices. Used the grill and a nice patio area for outdoor dining.

I did not stay at this hotel. it was dirty with cigarette burns on the blanket on the bed. the front desk area was horrible not only with the smells but cleanliness. i immediately told the man at the front desk that I couldn’t stay here and he told me to call the booking company for a refund. he then proceeded to “wave me out”

NOTHING I found your hotel because of price. I wanted to enjoy a self care New Year by myself. When I checked in but when I smelled a foul stinky smell and it wasn't fresh. I really wanted to check out because of the smell but I was too tired to drive.

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Lots of options to choose from. Staff I interacted with during my stay were both friendly and welcoming. Bill stood out as he went out of his way to make connections with hotel guests to make them feel welcomed.

Close to Route 83 and the fairgrounds. Is a pet friendly hotel. This IS NOT the hotels issues but people do not clean up after their pets and will ruin it for the responsible pet owners!
