Friendly and helpful stuff. We felt welcome and secure here. The area has a lot of experience around. It’s close to the bean, and everything really walkable.

Situated in Chicago’s famed Theatre District, Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago is within 10 minutes' walk of State Street shopping and the Art Institute of Chicago. . The location was perfect! Edgar at the reception was great.... he gave us a great room on a higher floor with a beautiful view for my son visiting from Greece for the first time... breakfast could be better, but we did visit during covid so all is excused. The lady cleaning and helping at the breakfast area was also super friendly!
