Some kitchen essentials included, cream, sugar, sweetener, salt/pepper, spices, oil Counter seating for 6. Dining table can sit 6 as well. Hardwood flooring Living Room (1st Floor) • Includes 50 LED TV Wall-mounted. (w/Xfinity cable plus chance to use streaming apps Netflix/Hulu/AmazonPrime) • Electric Fire-place • Couch and two additional chairs. • Hardwood floors • Sleeper Sofa All Bedrooms: • 43" TV with Xfinity and streaming options. • Carpeted Master Bedroom (2nd Floor) • King bed • Private bath, double sink and shower. 2nd Bedroom (2nd Floor) • King bed • Private bath w/shower/tub combo. 3rd Bedroom (3rd Floor) • Queen bed • Bathroom with Shower Patio (3rd Floor) • Beverage Fridge and Sink • Outdoor Patio with Gas Fireplace and seating for 6 Laundry (3rd Floor) • Newly purchased Washer/Dryer set available for Guest use. • Includes some supplies
I will be available most hours of the day to answer guests questions and make their stay as enjoyable as possible. I live and work within 10 miles of the unit if I'm needed to address any outstanding issue. I've lived in Fort Collins for 20 years since graduating college. I am an electrical engineer designing micro-processors. I now have a wonderful family, married 8 years with 3 kids (7, 5, 3). I'm very tech savvy and a big sports enthusiast (Go Reds!). This is my only short term rental and aim to make it the best experience for my guests.
Old Town North is a newer neighborhood located directly north of the new Poudre River Whitewater park (scheduled for opening Oct 12). Many of the houses/townhomes in the neighborhood have 3 stories with a 3rd floor patio to enjoy the great mountain views.
